Meet Iona Ridley
Iona Ridley brings over 35 years of experience in spiritual exploration and study. With a lifelong background dedicated to transformation and personal development, yogic practices, astrology, energy healing, midwifery and shamanic practice; Iona combines her knowledge and skill set with compassion and deep wisdom supporting others on their own journey of growth and transformation. Her unique path, from a very early experience of fame as an actress, to her spiritual devotion has shaped her understanding of life's challenges and the power of ‘know thyself’ and the beauty that this transformation brings to every area of ones life and experience within it.

My late partner and I went on a very special retreat aboard La Musa in the Sea of Cortes. I have had ongoing online Life Coaching from Iona for the last 3 months. I cannot tell you how this has affected my life for the better.
